Luna Sea news?!!??!?!?

I just read tweet about this and checked the official site but could't read the news because of flash + japanese encoding = "mojibake". Not metal news but since its Luna Sea I needed to write immediately update about it. Their song Slave impressed me long long time ago and since then I've been a huge fan of their art. Comeback news in 31th August?
